Community Building

We will work closely with our diaspora and allies to eradicate racism and other forms of discrimination, to rebalance inequalities and provide equity and stability to long-oppressed Afro and Global Majority descendants, providing support through initiatives and and collaboration with community projects designed to build our individual and community strength, skills, enterprise, job creation and opportunities for local community, and newly-arrived residents and migrants.

Advocacy and Support

We will work closely with Afro and Global Majority descendants to provide advocacy and support with housing, health, neurodiversity, education,  and employment.  We will work to re-stabilize individuals and families who have been de-stablized because of race, ethnicity, disabilities and systemic marginalization, working to overcome education, social, economic, health and employment disparities.

Trade Union Collaboration and Support

We will collaborate with employment Trade Unions to provide advocacy and support in employment  issues and stepping in with authentic support for Afro and Global Majority descendant employees who are being failed by their Unions, or where collaboration is necessary to ensure Unions are fulfilling their duties to who we are within the people and places we come from.
